Francoise Dorleac

No se si conoceis a Francoise Dorleac. Musa del cine francés y modelo de Dior (como podréis ver en el vídeo de abajo) y represante de la llamada "nouvelle vague". Actriz de la película "la peau douce" (la piel suave) del director Francois Truffaut y que aprovecho aquí para recomendaros si no la habéis visto ya, donde se trata el tema del tema de la infidelidad pero de un punto de vista que me impactó bastante. Una gran película sin duda. También fue la actriz de "cul de sac" (callejón sin salida) de Roman Polaski entre muchas otras.

Quizá os la acerque  un poco más cuando os diga que fue la hermana mayor de Catherine Deneuve. Catherine cogió el apellido de la madre.  Francoise falleció trágicamente en un accidente cuando tenía tan sólo 25 años de edad. Es admirable que ya hubiera realizado unas 20 películas, ahí es poco.

 Empezó a actuar y ser valorada antes que su hermana pequeña Catherine Denueve y llegaron a actuar juntas en "las señoritas de Rochefort" de 1967, un film de culto de Jacques Remy.

Quería que Francoise estuviera aquí porque aunque la descubrí no hace mucho tiempo realmente, me dejó fascinada por su estilo rebelde pero envuelto de una gran ternura, derrochando originalidad y autenticidad . Una mujer con estilo propio.

Muse of French cinema, Dior model as you could see in the video below and icon of the "nouvelle vague". Actress of "peau douce" (soft skin)  by  Francois Truffaut and I´d like to recomend it if you have not seen it yet; It´s about infidelity but in a way that shocked me; definitely a great movie or actress of film"cul de sac" (dead end) by Roman Polaski and others. 

She was the older sister of Catherine Deneuve (Catherine took their mother's surname). I say "was" because Francoise died in a tragic accident when she was just 25 years old. And it's admirable that she had already made ​ 20 films. 

  She started acting before her little sister Catherine Deneuve but they could  act together in the movie "The Young Girls of Rochefort" in 1967, a cult film now  byJacques Remy. 

I wanted her to be here in this blog,  althought I  discovered not long ago and was fascinated by her, her mix of rebelius style and tenderness at the same time, her originality and authenticity.

Me encanta la estética de este vídeo de Alexandra Stan. La canción es una tontería pero cada vez que la pongo me saca una sonrisa al momento. Será por los colores o porque  habla de vacaciones con la gente en la calle, las flores, los niños... o quizá por

I love the look of this video of Alexandra Stan. The song is silly but it put a smile in my face everytime I listen. Maybe beacuse of the colors or because they´re talking about holidays with people on the streets and children playing... or maybe because














.. o quizá porque ayer fui a ver la película " Indiferencia" Detatchment"  con Adrien Brody ( que está genial)  del director de" American History X"  y aunque hoy me alegro de haber ido a verla tengo que decir que te atrapa y te hunde al mismo tiempo, así que esta mañana necesitaba ver algo más alegre y este vídeo me ha cambiado totalmente el estado mental con el que me dejó la película de ayer, tan triste tan desoladora que os recomiendo y que no os recomiendo al mismo tiempo. Esa tristeza de la película me ha servido para automaticamente dar gracias por las pequeñas cosas que me hacen feliz, este café, ese precioso vestido de limones y tantas, tantas cosas...Así que aquí os dejo el vídeo con esa estética tan vitalista y espero que os anime tanto como a mí cuando lo necesitéis.
Por si nadie os lo ha dicho ultimamente sois geniales, preciosas y os merecéis lo mejor.
Y "Si la vida te da limones hazte una limonada", queriendo decir que deberíamos siempre sacar algo bueno incluso de las malas situaciones. Feliz sábado

 ...yesterday because yesterday I went to see a really sad movie that it grabs you and buries you at the same time. The film is called Detachment and it  is by the director of the American History X with Adrien Brody, who is great in the movie but this morning I needed to see something more cheerful  and this video totally have changed that sad state of mind from the movie. That sadness of the film helped me to automatically give thanks for the little things that make me happy, this coffee, that beautiful lemon dress... So here I leave the video with this vitalistic aesthetic and I hope that cheer you up whenever you need it. And in case no one has told you lately, I´d like to tell you that you are great, beautiful and you deserve the best. And as the saying says: when life gives you lemons, you make a lemonade" meaning that we should try to make the best of bad situations. Happy Saturday.
